 DO YOU understand the new Work Health & Safety Act 2011 and how it impacts on you, your business and your employees, casual staff and contractors?

Do you understand that under the legislation the Duty of Care around Occupational Health & Safety belongs to the Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking (PCBU)? Maximum penalties are $3,000,000 for corporations, $600,000 or five years’ jail for a PCBU and $150,000 or five years’ jail for other individuals such as workers.
